How to copy files in and out of a container — docker cp

A config file needs to come out for inspection, or a fixed file needs to go in.

docker cp web:/etc/nginx/nginx.conf ./      # container -> host
docker cp ./index.html web:/usr/share/nginx/html/  # host -> container
