How to restart all pods of a deployment — kubectl rollout restart

Pods need a fresh start — for example to pick up a reloaded ConfigMap — with no config change.

Placeholders follow the cheatsheet: web is a deployment/pod name and app.yaml is your manifest. Most commands act on the current namespace — add -n <ns> to target another one.

kubectl rollout restart deployment/web   # fresh pods pick up reloaded ConfigMaps/Secrets
