Ezra YouTube Uploader (the "Application") is a personal software tool developed and operated by Guangyi Zhao (the "Operator"). The Application uploads the Operator's own original videos to the Operator's own YouTube channel (Ezra-Zhao) through the official YouTube Data API v3. By using the Application, the Operator agrees to these terms.
The Application is used solely by the Operator, for the Operator's own content and the Operator's own YouTube account. It is not offered to the public, is not used to access any third party's account or data, and does not provide services to any other person or organization.
The Application complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. The Application does not circumvent any YouTube access controls, does not download content, does not scrape data, and uses API quota only for the upload and management of the Operator's own videos.
The Application stores the OAuth credentials for the Operator's own Google account locally on the Operator's own computer. The Operator may revoke the Application's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access immediately stops all API use by the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" for the Operator's personal use, without warranties of any kind. The Operator is responsible for all content uploaded through the Application.
